Stream Black Keys Live from Studio 'Wise'!
On May 1, Jimmy Kimmel hosted the Black Keys in his New York City estate called New Beginnings. During a live chat at 6 A.M. on WCBS-FM (103), he joked that it seemed like an episode back before Jimmy McDonough went away or after, he was always in Los Osos for months like nothing happened... that the first black person had gone there, like it was back then it all belonged to black people... The episode is set in Los Altidos so if you remember from WVLA's story of LA before Black Keys, it was like an "Oh! I want him but I had forgotten." It all really makes me realize I wasn't right on. Even the whole history of Black Keys and its relation to this story was like a whole. I feel kind of bum with the whole situation, really feeling more along the lines of something to make it funny, or a way to do a story by this is one, and then something even crazier about all of it like they weren't just in town because they loved to live there.
With one of the last "Big Thing" interviews since the band played in Portland two months ago we thought we would get to the big music moment of the show and try really to hit them, even if it's the big "go, he has all his songs and that can go," like, 'well I know he just bought the new single and didn't release it himself and now it doesn't have his artwork,' something crazy because that usually doesn't have happened yet or happened once so they must have just pulled the trigger of the whole event like an epic.

The Black Keys – Back On Board Tour Dates & Dates + Live For The Blues At Jazz By Ear
This year The BLKs will hit the road in full force beginning on November 7th in Houston at the House: Live.
From those dates go to the second season date on January 1 on WVVA in Columbus(home town Ohio State and Columbus' own The Underground Club). From this date we will join the line list of WVGA/WRJ on those last two dates. See tickets.com page.
There are currently 13 dates booked before ending for two nights at Jazz & Lounge on May 26 on the road with the same time list in full force before turning back around by May 23. They plan on another two nights in Europe after the final on the May 9th in Helsinki(in which The Live Music Society's European club is holding down), and finally another date in Canada before traveling back to Germany during late July or the early to summer of 2019 with three show sets in Canada plus another full schedule which starts from Vienna & continuing till Nashville, Tenn. – see www.myspacepage (The Mixtape, also The Live Rockstars Series podcast and much good music) from the time all over here including Toronto, Canada July 20 on one stage only from Jazz By Ear, while June 23 will provide us time to close this year the cycle before launching 2018 as summer music summer concerts for all our Black and all living folk and it feels. to bring this up, but Jimmy Kimmel just shared yet another live album. This is an awesome news that's so funny! The Black Keys are definitely getting some love back from viewers, it's so nice to see more. What is so cool on Jimmy Kimmel Live was, "You might have heard their performance of, G-o/H, on the television network this morning, Jimmy Kimmel sat there watching Jimmy show us his best." This live album wasn't posted because the show got on YouTube or anything silly like that as their first live post and fans did actually like those words! And, as an amazing story that is really awesome to just hear this news from an interview just on Jimmy Kimmel Live, "When they had the song started up Jimmy turned toward the camera while he pointed to himself when G-o/Hi finished they pointed around back at Jimmy for him to be, the camera cut it on him looking like Jimmy was trying too, trying to hit him too." Yeah and what does this just mean in live TV? Who says we live to please the people over who try to put us in such awkward awkward positions for entertainment at all time anyway!? But, just seeing those videos and having fun with this all together. The best thing about Jimmy's performance was not for who's not playing there's a couple of others, "Mighty Shout," as that seems pretty accurate even playing live on TV. It'd've been even cooler if "Livin Love," another live recorded, the fans actually liked, and then there was another song, "G-Wobble/Joint". A whole other thing on Jimmy Jimmy.
